Frequently Asked Questions

No prior blockchain experience is required. We start with the fundamentals of distributed ledger technology, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms. Programming experience is beneficial, and we provide prerequisite resources if needed.

You will primarily learn Solidity for smart contract development, along with JavaScript/TypeScript for Web3 frontend integration. Additional languages include Rust (for Solana development) and Vyper, depending on your chosen track.

You will deploy smart contracts on test networks (Goerli, Sepolia, Mumbai) for hands-on experience. For your capstone project, you may deploy on mainnet with guidance. We provide test ETH and gas credits for all development work.

While cryptocurrencies are the most well-known blockchain application, the technology has far broader uses. Our curriculum covers supply chain tracking, digital identity, decentralised governance (DAOs), NFTs, tokenisation of assets, and enterprise blockchain solutions.
